This map above is a very good map. It is easy to read and the different colours make it clear where the various districts/areas are located.
A good map for Japanese as reading kanji wouldn’t be an issue. Japanese children might need a bit of help though. Okinawa has been shifted by a good 700 kilometres, but that seems fine for the purpose.
