these koi are very beautiful.
こいはいません。
koi wa imasen
there are no koi.
The following pattern is a little more difficult:
A is between B and C.
A は B と C の あいだ です。
A wa B to C no aida desu.
(you can also use arimasu = located)

it’s a bookshop
ほんが あります。
they have books
ほんやさんです。
it is the bookshop owner
ほんやさんが います。
there is a bookshop owner
ほんが ほんやの なかに あります。
the books are inside the bookshop
ほんやさんが ほんやの なかに います。
the bookshop owner is inside the bookshop
たくさんの ほんが あります。
there are lots of books

はい、 あります。
